In Store Return Policy
We happily accept returns and exchanges 14 days after purchase for shipping materials, packing materials, gifts and cards with an original receipt. Packing supplies such as boxes, tape, bubble wrap should be returned in original and unused condition. All gifts and cards MUST be in original condition with all original packaging intact.
There are no refunds on shipping services unless the letter or parcel was sent through an express service with a guaranteed delivery date. If the letter or parcel was not delivered by the guaranteed delivery date and time, we will submit a claim for you through the appropriate carrier.
There are no refunds for mailbox services. Once a period is paid for, the customer is entering a contract period with us and has the mailbox for that paid period. The customer has the right to close the box earlier but will not receive a refund.
